The association staff has been working on creating input forms for the MLS. These forms are in the portable document format (.pdf) and have been uploaded to the VVAR.com website. Users will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on their computers to view and print these. The forms can be downloaded from the links below.

Honor Society
The purpose of Honor Society is to recognize those members for excellence achieved through membership activities and increased professionalism through education and service to the community.

The Net Proceeds to Seller form is in an Excel format, to down load in Windows hold down the shift key and click the link, or on the Mac hold down the Option key and click the link. You must open the file in Microsoft Excel.

MLS DUES

If you would like your MLS Quarterly dues deducted directly from your account on a quarterly basis please fill out form below 'QuarterlyCreditCardAuthorization' and fax back to, 760-244-7387.
For a one time payment use 'OneTimeCreditCardAuthorization' form.
