1. Log in: m.zipformonline.com on the table or smartphone devices. Members can use any browser they want on the mobile devices
2. First drop down option, select “C.A.R. Credentials”
3. Insert C.A.R. Username and Password
Once the zipForm mobile launches, members will see the transactions they created on the zipForm Professional.
They can click (once) on the transaction name and this should launch the forms that are currently in the transaction. Click Edit to edit forms.

How to Register:
Go to: www.ClarusResource.com and click on ‘Clarus Market Metrics’ and then click ‘Register for Account”
You will create your own unique Username and password.
DocCentral®
DocCentral has been designed as a simple, intuitive and cost-effective tool that allows real estate professionals to manage and organize their documents. Documents are stored on secure servers and accessible online 24/7 by agents and the clients and vendors they authorize. By taking transaction documentation off agent laptops and out of filing cabinets, DocCentral eliminates redundancy, safeguards information, and ensures there will always be enough space for even the largest document files.
How to register:
After you become a member, can go to their website: http://doccentral.trpoint.com/DCWebApp/PL/User/Login.aspx
You can log in with your MLS ID Number as your User Name and ‘victor’ as your initial Password.
The DocCentral Team is pleased to announce the following enhancements to DocCentral:
*Search for a file by file number, property address, MLS number, estimated closing date, contacts and APN (tax ID) number.
*Run a report showing how many times the ‘public document access code’ has been used
*Allow standard symbols in property address field

How to Register:
After you become a member, and input your first ‘Active’ Listing, you will receive a registration email from Point2Agent with your personalized link. Click on ‘Sign up’ create your own login.

Some exciting new additions to your C.A.R. member benefits are coming soon! Beginning in January 2011, C.A.R. will offer two new member benefits to you: free zipLogix Digital Ink™ digital signatures and free document storage.
zipLogix Digital Ink™ is a digital signature solution for signing C.A.R. forms. Digital signatures facilitate quick, easy interaction between REALTOR® and client, and encourage a paperless transaction. zipLogix Digital Ink™ works seamlessly with zipForm® 6, allowing REALTORS® to e-mail real estate forms requiring signatures, and eliminate the cost and time to print, fax, or drive to cross-town meetings to get paper copies signed.
Features of the zipLogix Digital Ink™ program include:
* The ability to sign and upload non-zipForm® documents
* Text boxes that allow clients to insert additional information on forms
* Address book which stores client information
* Pre-defined signature, initial, and date fields for ease of signing
Through the end of the year, zipLogix Digital Ink™ is available for purchase. Users may buy 10 digital signature credits for $40. Credits are consumed per transaction, offering unlimited digital signatures over the course of that specific transaction. Beginning January 2011, zipLogix Digital Ink™ digital signatures will be available at no cost to C.A.R. members, potentially saving members more than $40 each year in digital signature services. Also available in January 2011, C.A.R. members will have access to free document storage in zipForm® 6. Free document storage allows a user to upload and archive local and broker disclosures that may not be included in zipForm® 6, MLS listings, flyers or brochures, personal notes about a transaction, and more.
